General Administrative Agent definition

General Administrative Agent means JPMCB, together with its affiliates (it being understood that any notices required to be delivered under this Agreement to the General Administrative Agent need not be delivered to such affiliates), as general administrative agent for the Lenders under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and any successor thereto appointed pursuant to Article XII.
General Administrative Agent. Toronto Dominion (Texas) Inc., together with its affiliates, as arranger of the Commitments and as administrative agent for the U.S. Lenders under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and any successor thereto pursuant to Section 12.9.
