General Client Account definition

General Client Account means each payment account or electronic money account provided to you and operated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement;
General Client Account means an account (whether a current account or deposit account) opened and kept by a solicitor at a bank in his or her name designated for clients’ moneys, received, held or controlled by him or her in respect of more than one client.

Examples of General Client Account in a sentence

  • You should therefore ensure that you have sufficient funds, including for the purposes of satisfying any Margin Call which may be made from time-to-time, in your General Client Account before placing a Payment Order or Order.

  • If you do not have sufficient funds in your General Client Account, we may postpone the execution date of the Trade and we may impose a charge to cover the costs of us doing so.

  • We may impose fees or charges for our Services, including a fee for the use of a General Client Account and/or on a per Trade, Order or Payment Order basis, at our discretion.

  • At any time and from time to time (in our sole and absolute discretion), we may increase or otherwise enhance our security checks in relation to your General Client Account and/or any Order made by you.

  • This personal data may come from (i) the way you interact with Ebury, for example, your use of the Services; (ii) the way you use the General Client Account, including information about payments you make and receive, such as amount, currency and the details of the beneficiary; (iii) people appointed to act on your behalf, credit reference agencies or fraud prevention agencies.

  • These sums will be held in your name in a General Client Account with Barclays Bank Plc.

  • Unless otherwise instructed money received from you, other than received in respect of our costs, will be placed in our General Client Account held with a major UK bank.

  • We will account for a fair sum in lieu of interest on money held in our General Client Account.

  • The functionalities of the General Client Account, as further described in Clause 14, will only be made available once the registration steps, as further described under Clause 3.1, or any other registration process that would be deemed necessary by us have been fully fulfilled.

  • Interest earned on funds held on our General Client Account will be calculated and paid to you at a rate not greater than that payable on the Lloyds Bank plc Designated Deposit Client Account, subject to a de minimis of £20.

  • Client Account means the unique personalised account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders in the Trading Platform, the balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Client Bank Account means an account held in the name of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor; and/or an account held in the name of the Company on behalf of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor.

  • Merchant Account means the merchant account facility agreed between you and the Merchant Acquiring Bank.

  • Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Checking Account means a Demand Deposit account (DDA), a Negotiable Order of Withdrawal (NOW) account, a Savings account and a Money Market account at the Bank that you open through the Bank website; "Account" includes any Checking, Certificate of Deposit, or Savings account at the Bank opened through the Website or in person; "Card" means an automated teller machine card and/or a VISA debit card that accesses your Checking, Savings, Money Market, or NOW account; "PIN" means the personal identification number you use in connection with your Card; "Password" means the password you use to access the Website and your Bank Accounts through a personal computer or other electronic terminal; "Access Device" means your Card, Password, or other device or code we make available to you to access your Accounts; "Business Day" means Monday through Friday, except federal holidays; and "Authorized User" means any person you authorize or permit to use your Card, Password or other Access Device to access your Accounts, whether that person uses the Access Device to obtain information or to conduct a transaction. This EFT Agreement is part of the Banking Documents. Other terms used in this EFT agreement may be defined elsewhere in the Banking Documents. • ATM Safety • Funds Transfers • Other Electronic Fund Transfer Services • Liability For Unauthorized Electronic Transfers • Other Electronic Fund Transfer Services Types of Transactions‌ We offer the following types of Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) Services for your Checking Account. • Direct Deposits. You can arrange for direct deposits to your checking and savings account(s). • Preauthorized Credits/Debits. We accept, on your behalf preauthorized Credits/Debits drawn on your Deposit Accounts which allow unrestricted activity. Through our electronic bill payment service, you are able to electronically transfer funds from your Deposit Account to other parties, provided the account allows such activity. We may conduct these transactions via Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) transfer. We may also accept and direct funds by wire transfer. Each of these services has unique fees associated with the transaction. Please consult our Schedule of Fees herein. When you provide the party initiating the withdrawal or deposit with advance authorization to make recurring ACH transfers to or from your Account, the transfers are referred to as "preauthorized transfers." Because these preauthorized transfers are performed electronically through the ACH, they are governed by federal regulations pertaining to EFT Services, which entitle you to certain benefits and protections in connection with the EFT Services, such as the right to receive a copy of your written authorization to make preauthorized transfers from your Account from the party that obtains it. • ATM and Point-of-Sale Transactions. ATM Transactions. ATM Cards issued by us to you remain our property and you may be requested to return the Card to us at any time for any reason. Each card is used in conjunction with an authorizing Personal Identification Number ("PIN"). To guard against someone initiating a transaction that you have not authorized, you must take all reasonable precautions to prevent any other person from learning your PIN. If you permit or authorize another person to use your Card and PIN, you will be liable for all resulting transactions. You may use your Card at ATMs which are a part of an Electronic Funds Transfer service network to which the Bank belongs ("EFT network"). ATM withdrawals are available up to the daily authorization limits disclosed below, provided the available balance in the Deposit Account associated with your card is greater than or equal to the amount requested, plus any fees that may be charged along with the cash disbursement. • Withdraw cash from your Checking Account. • Find out your Checking Account balances. • Transfer funds between your own accounts at the Bank (if available on the ATM in use). • Withdraw cash from your Savings Account. • Make deposits to your own accounts.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Payment Account means a segregated non-interest-bearing corporate trust account maintained by the Property Trustee for the benefit of the Holders in which all amounts paid in respect of the Notes will be held and from which the Property Trustee, through the Paying Agent, shall make payments to the Holders in accordance with Sections 3.1, 4.1 and 4.

  • Business Account means an Account used primarily for business purposes and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

  • Current Account means a form of demand deposit wherefrom withdrawals are allowed any number of times depending upon the balance in the account or up to a particular agreed amount and will also include other deposit accounts which are neither Savings Deposit nor Term Deposit.

  • Concentration Account Agreement as defined in subsection 4.16(b).

  • Seller’s Bank Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain Account Control Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among Seller, Buyer, and U.S. Bank National Association, in form and substance acceptable to Buyer, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and which shall provide for Buyer control of the Collection Account as of the date of execution.

  • Fund Custody Account means any of the accounts in the name of the Trust, which is provided for in Section 3.2 below.

  • Retirement Accounts has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(7) hereof.

  • Subsidy Account If the Trust Estate contains any Subsidy Loans, the deposit account or accounts created and maintained by the Servicer for deposit of Subsidy Funds and amounts payable under interest subsidy agreements relating to mortgage loans other than the Mortgage Loans.

  • Disbursement Account means, in respect of each Tranche, the bank account set out in the most recent List of Authorised Signatories and Accounts.

  • Client Funds means money deposited by the Client in his/her Trading Account, plus or minus any unrealized or realized profit or loss, plus or minus any amount that is due by the Client to the Company and vice versa.

  • Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
