General Electric means General Electric Company, a New York corporation with its principal place of business in Fairfield, Connecticut, its successors and assigns, and its Subsidiaries (whether partially or wholly owned), divisions, groups, Partnerships, and Joint Ventures, and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.
