General Escrow Fund definition

General Escrow Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b).

General Escrow Fund means a fund totaling Thirty-Three Million One Hundred Thousand dollars ($33,100,000) that shall be maintained as a separate account in the Escrow, which shall be established on the Closing Date.

More Definitions of General Escrow Fund

General Escrow Fund means, as of any time, the General Escrow Amount, including any interest or other amounts earned thereon prior to such time, less (i) any investment losses thereon incurred prior to such time and (ii) disbursements therefrom prior to such time in accordance with this Agreement and the Escrow Agreement.
