General Provisions definition

General Provisions means those portions of the Subscription Agreement headed “General Provisions” and contained on pages 7 to 12;

General Provisions. General Provisions are instructions pertaining to contracts in general. They contain, in summary, requirements of laws of the State, policies of the Agency, and instructions to vendors.

  • The General Provisions, Special Provisions, and Attachments, as provided herein, constitute the complete Agreement (“Agreement”) between the parties hereto, and supersede any and all oral and written agreements between the parties relating to matters herein.

General Provisions shall have the meaning given to such term in Article 3 hereof.
