General Service Contractor definition

General Service Contractor means the Contractor appointed by IAL to perform necessary exhibition services and provide rental equipment at the Exhibition. The term ‘IAL’ shall mean IMEX America Ltd. The term ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ shall mean all copyright and related rights, trademarks, trade names and domain names, logos, rights in design, rights in computer software, and any other intellectual property or other proprietary rights. The term ‘Landlord’ shall mean the owners and management of the appointed Exhibition Venue, its employees or agents. The term ‘Participant’ shall mean any business, company, organisation, partnership, firm, Exhibitor or individual who is named as such in this Contract and has been accepted for participation in the Exhibition by Show Management. The term ‘Show Management’ shall include all employees, servants and agents of IAL including those seconded from Regent Exhibitions Ltd. (‘REL’).
General Service Contractor means the Contractor appointed by IMEX America to perform the necessary exhibition services and provide rental equipment at the exhibition.
