Examples of General Terms in a sentence

• To the extent that a provision of the General Terms and Conditions refers a type of Interconnection Service for which there is no Attachment, reference to such Interconnection Service shall have no effect.

• The definitions set out in the General Terms and the Operations Manual apply to this Service Description unless expressly provided otherwise.

• This Contract expires July 21, 2026 unless it is terminated sooner pursuant to Article XX of the General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this Contract by reference.

• This Contract, including the General Terms and Conditions incorporated by reference, is effective upon the later of July 22, 2024 or the date of the final signature below.
