Examples of General Warranties in a sentence
Neither Seller nor Parent shall have any liability for any Claim under the General Warranties unless the aggregate amount of all Losses for which Seller and Parent would be liable, but for this Section 6.02, exceeds on a cumulative basis an amount (the “Deductible”) equal to $[***], and then only to the extent of any such excess.
