Generation Interconnection Agreement definition

Generation Interconnection Agreement means the large generator interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and Interconnection Provider concerning the Interconnection Facilities.
Generation Interconnection Agreement means the generation interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and PGE, providing for the construction, operation, and maintenance of interconnection facilities required to accommodate deliveries of Seller's Net Output.
Generation Interconnection Agreement means the generation interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and PacifiCorp’s transmission or distribution department, as applicable, providing for the construction, operation, and maintenance of PacifiCorp’s interconnection facilities required to accommodate deliveries of Seller’s Net Output if the Facility is to be interconnected directly with PacifiCorp rather than another electric utility.

More Definitions of Generation Interconnection Agreement

Generation Interconnection Agreement. (“GIA”) shall mean the form of interconnection agreement applicable to a Generation Interconnection Request or Transmission Interconnection Request. A form of the GIA is set forth in Tariff, Part IX, Subpart B.
Generation Interconnection Agreement means the generator interconnection agreement entered into separately between Seller and Interconnection Provider concerning the Interconnection Facilities.
Generation Interconnection Agreement means an agreement governing the interconnection of the Facility with electric system.

Licensed Professional Engineer means a person acceptable to PGE in its reasonable judgment who is licensed to practice engineering in the state of Oregon and is not an employee of Project Manager. Such Licensed Professional Engineer shall be licensed in an appropriate engineering discipline for the required certification being made. Losses are the loss of electric energy occurring as a result of the transformation and transmission of electric energy from the Facility to the Point of Delivery. Net Output means all energy produced by the Facility, less Station Use and Losses, if any. For purposes of calculating payment under this Agreement, Net Output shall be the amount of energy flowing through the Point of Delivery. Non-QF Period has the meaning provided in Section 3.4(b).
Generation Interconnection Agreement has the meaning given to such term in the Separation Agreement.
