German Obligor definition

German Obligor means an Obligor incorporated in the Federal Republic of Germany.
German Obligor means any Obligor that is incorporated or established (as the case may be) in the Federal Republic of Germany;
German Obligor means a member of the Obligor Group organized as a German GmbH.
