Global Account definition

Global Account means a unique virtual collection account opened by Us on Your behalf, which offers the ability to receive, hold, convert and pay out across multiple currencies, including in respect of a subset of those currencies, the issuance of local business bank account details that allow You to receive directly in those currencies.

Global Account means the collection account created by Airwallex for your use to receive funds in the Supported Currency in a Supported Jurisdiction.

Global Account means the electronic money account you open and maintain with Currencycloud, also referred to from time to time as Primary Account and/or Named Account;

Examples of Global Account in a sentence

• The funds held in the Global Account do not expire (notwithstanding that the Global Account may be terminated in accordance with Clause 13 of this Schedule and there are rules around Holding Limits in each region), but the funds will not earn any interest.

• The funds in the Global Account are issued in accordance with Applicable Law.

• However, TransferMate may suspend access to the Global Account and/or Your User’s access to the Global Account without notice if there is use of the Global Account or the Services in such a manner that could cause legal liability to TransferMate, or disrupt other’s ability to access and use the Services, or if there is a suspicion of Prohibited Business Activities.

• Where a Payer engages with You directly to pay You using Your Global Account (where available to You), and no Receivables Transaction has been booked, then You will solely receive a notification of a Lodgement to Your Global Account in accordance with the Global Account Terms.
