Global Development Budget definition

Global Development Budget means the budget(s) for a particular Contract Year approved by the JSC for the applicable Global Development Plan.

Global Development Budget means the applicable budget prepared by Amgen and reviewed at the JAC and JSC for the Development of each Product in accordance with the applicable Global Development Plan (which budget will be updated by Amgen annually and will cover a period of at least five (5) years).

Global Development Budget means the three-year rolling budget(s) approved by the JSC in the Global Development Plan.

• If the Association has a right of first refusal to buy the Property, this Contract is 68 contingent on the Association deciding not to exercise such right.

Global Development Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.1 (Global Development Plan).
