More Definitions of Global Development Plan

Global Development Plan or “GDP” means a Development plan setting forth in reasonable detail specific Clinical Studies and other Party Development Activities to be performed with respect to GDP Collaboration Product(s), which plan shall allocate responsibility for such Clinical Studies and Party Development Activities between the Parties.

Global Development Plan means the plan setting forth the pre-clinical, clinical, manufacturing and regulatory activities and timelines relating to the development of Licensed Products in the Field. An initial draft of the Global Development Plan is set forth on Exhibit 1.28.

Global Development Plan means any Split Territory Global Development Plan or SMA Global Development Plan.

Global Development Plan means the development plan approved by the JSC that sets forth the Development activities of EPIZYME with respect to Therapeutic Product(s) and related Diagnostic Product(s), as such plan may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Global Development Plan means the high-level, written plan attached hereto as Exhibit B covering the planned Development of the Compounds and the Products, as amended from time to time in accordance with Section 4.2(b).

Global Development Plan means a written Development plan intended to support Development and Regulatory Approval of Collaboration Molecules and Collaboration Products (other than [***] Molecules and [***] Products after the Opt-In) in the Field both within the Collaboration Territory and outside of the Collaboration Territory, as may be updated and amended periodically in form and substance approved by the JSC in accordance with Section 5.1(a).

Global Development Plan. Global Development Plan means the global development plan for Collaboration Compounds and Licensed Products, as prepared, updated and amended from time to time in accordance with Section 2.1(b), Section 2.2(e), Section 3.1(a) and Section 3.2(f).
