Global Product Strategy definition

Global Product Strategy means that certain global development and commercialization strategy for the Licensed Product, as set forth in Schedule 7.3 to the Patent and Know-How Licensing Agreement between the Parties.
Global Product Strategy means the global plan for the Product prepared by Amgen and reviewed and approved by the JSC that sets forth the high level strategy for the Development and Commercialization of Product in the Collaboration Territory.
