Contractor shall perform the Work in accordance with: (a) all Applicable Laws; (b) the terms of this Agreement; (c) the plans and policies established pursuant to Sections 2.18 and 2.20; and (d) GECP (except to the extent such Good Engineering and Construction Practices are in conflict with any of clauses (a), (b) or (c), in which case such clause (a), (b) or (c) shall prevail).
