Good Faith Effort means efforts to achieve a DBE goal or other requirement of this Special Provision which, by their scope, intensity, and appropriateness to the objective, can reasonably be expected to fulfill the program requirement.

Good Faith Effort means that an employer has met the minimum requirements identified in RCW 70.94.531 and this chapter, and is working collaboratively with the City to continue its existing CTR program or is developing and implementing program modifications likely to result in improvements to its CTR program over an agreed upon length of time.

Good Faith Effort means a good-faith, affirmative action to include, encourage and utilize DBEs in City contracts that are financed, in whole or in part, by federal funds.
