Governing Laws means the CRLPA, DRULPA, MULPL, KRULPA, TRLPA and FRULPA, as applicable.

Governing Laws. The constitutional, statutory and rule provisions listed below are the laws applicable to this Contract (the “Laws”) and will govern the terms and conditions and interpretation of this Contract. It is Retailer’s responsibility to familiarize itself with these Laws. Governing Laws. Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California . The courts of the State of California shall have jurisdiction. FOR NEVADA CONSUMERS, the laws of the State of Nevada will govern any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement. FOR WASHINGTON CONSUMERS, any civil action brought in connection with this Agreement does not have to be brought in the courts of the State of California.
