Deepwater has obtained all Government Actions necessary to carry on its business as now conducted, except for those Government Actions that are normally obtained at a later time and with respect to which Deepwater does not anticipate any problems in obtaining.
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Operator may, with the prior written consent of the Owner, and subject to any applicable Government Actions, assign, transfer, sublease or otherwise grant the right to use any Allocated Asset or its interest therein or rights with respect thereto, including any Assigned Right.
