Government establishment definition

Government establishment means a corporation established by or under a Central Act or State Act or an authority or a body owned or controlled or aided by the Government or a local authority or a Government company as defined in section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and includes a Department of the Government;

Government establishment means any executive department, military department, government corporation, government-controlled corporation, government-owned contractor-operated facility, and other establishment in the executive branch of the government (including the Executive Office of the President), and any independent regulatory agency, as well as the Congress and all Legislative Branch agencies, offices and organizations, the Supreme Court, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, and all Judicial Branch courts, offices and organizations.
