Government Lease definition

Government Lease means the relevant lease or conditions with a Government Authority (as the case may be) applicable to the Approved Project and any variation or modification thereof.
Government Lease means the Government lease dated the 10th day September 1845 between Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx of the one part and You Chun of the other part in relation to Inland Lot No. 238A which shall include any subsequent extensions or modifications thereto or renewals thereof, including but not limited to a licence dated 12 February 2018 and registered in the Land Registry by Memorial No. 18022800550052 in relation to the Lot;

Government Lease means, with respect to each Property, that certain Lease with the Government for the use of the Property by the Department of Veterans Affairs, as identified for such Property on Schedule 6.1(f) hereto (including, without limitation, all amendments and supplements identified on Schedule 6.1(f) with respect to such Lease), together with all contracts and purchase orders entered into between the applicable Company or any predecessor lessor and the Government, and all modifications to any such lease, contract or purchase order, made between the Government and the applicable Company or its predecessor as lessor before the Effective Date of this Agreement for such Property, if any.
Government Lease means the term vested in any person by section 5 or a grant made under section 16, and includes any renewal;
