Examples of Government Licenses in a sentence
All material permits, certificates, licenses, approvals, consents and other authorizations (collectively, “Governmental Licenses”) issued by the appropriate federal, provincial, state, local or foreign regulatory agencies or bodies necessary to carry on the business currently carried on, or contemplated to be carried on, by it, are in place, or with respect to Government Licenses to conduct future activities, will be in place at the time such activities are commenced.
The license granted in Section 2.1 above is conditional upon and subject to the U.S. Government Licenses and other rights retained by the United States in inventions developed by nonprofit institutions with the support of federal funds.
No notice of proceedings relating to the revocation, material modification or cancellation or, or intention to revoke, modify or cancel any such Governmental Licenses has been issued or is contemplated, and the Company has no reason to believe that any such Government Licenses will not be renewed in the ordinary course.
