Institution and Investigator represent and warrant that payments or Items of Value received pursuant to this Agreement or in relation to the Study will not influence any decision that Institution, Investigator or any of Institution’s respective directors, employees, agents, consultants, or any payee under this Agreement may make, as a Government Official or otherwise, in order to assist Sponsor or CRO to secure an improper advantage or obtain or retain business.
Supplier has not and will not directly or indirectly offer or pay, or authorize such offer or payment of, any money or anything of value in an effort to influence any Government Official (as defined below) or any other person in order for Amneal to improperly obtain or retain business or to gain an improper business advantage and has not accepted, and will not accept in the future, such a payment.
The Grant Recipient acknowledges that the Council has statutory obligations relating to the disclosure of information and public accountability, including under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, the Public Records Act 2005 and the Public Audit Act 2001.
