Government Official means (i) any officer, employee or other person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of a government or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof, (ii) any officer, employee or other person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of a public international organization (such as the United Nations, World Bank, or World Health Organization), (iii) any political party or official thereof or any candidate for political office, and (iv) any family members or representatives of any of the individuals listed above.

Government Official means any officer or employee of a Governmental Authority or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof, including state-owned entities, or of a public organization or any person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of any such government, department, agency, or instrumentality or on behalf of any such public organization.

Government Official means (i) any officer, director, employee, appointee or official representative of a Governmental Authority or of a public international organization; (ii) any political party or party official; (iii) any candidate for political or judicial office.

Government Official means any officeholder, employee or other official (including any immediate family member thereof) of a Government Entity, any person acting in an official capacity for a Government Entity or any candidate for political office.
