Government Use License definition

Government Use License means a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, irrevocable, paid-up license which may be granted to the United States government as set forth in Section 2.4(d) below.
Government Use License means a nonexclusive, nontransferable, irrevocable, paid-up license to practice or have practiced by or on behalf of the United States throughout the world any Subject Invention, and/or to reproduce, publish, or otherwise use, for Government purposes, any work that is subject to copyright and developed from assistance provided by the TIP.
