Governmental Bodies definition

Governmental Bodies means any government, municipality or political subdivision thereof, whether federal, state, local or foreign, or any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, department, instrumentality or public body, or any court, arbitrator, administrative tribunal or public utility.
