The Contractor shall provide all reasonable support for carrying out their workto: (a) any other contractors employed by theAuthority; (b) the workmen of theAuthority; (c) the workmen of any Governmental Instrumentality who may be employed in the execution of work on or near the Site;and (d) such other persons as is required in the opinion of the Authority for successful completion of theProject.
This Agreement is not a commercial agency agreement and shall not be registered with any Governmental Instrumentality.
No order, judgment or decree of any court, arbitrator or Governmental Instrumentality shall purport to enjoin or restrain Obligors, the Administrative Agent and/or any of the Lenders from making the Borrowing to be made by it or the Borrower accepting the proceeds thereof on the date such Borrowing is made by the Lenders pursuant to the Borrowing Request.
