Grace Period Extension Date definition
Grace Period Extension Date means, if:
Grace Period Extension Date means, if (a) Grace Period Extension is specified as applicable in the applicable Final Terms and (b) a Potential Failure to Pay occurs on or prior to the Scheduled Termination Date, the date that is the number of days in the Grace Period after the date of such Potential Failure to Pay.
Grace Period Extension Date means, if a Potential Failure to Pay occurs on or prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date, the date that is the number of days in the Grace Period after the date of such Potential Failure to Pay.
More Definitions of Grace Period Extension Date
Grace Period Extension Date means, with respect to any Potential Failure to Pay, the date that is the number of days constituting the relevant Grace Period after the date of the commencement of such Potential Failure to Pay.
Grace Period Extension Date means, if (a) Grace Period Extension is specified as applicable in the related Confirmation and (b) a Potential Failure to Pay occurs on or prior to the Scheduled Termination Date, the date that is the number of days in the Grace Period after the date of such Potential Failure to Pay. If Grace Period Extension is not specified as applicable in the related Confirmation, Grace Period Extension shall not apply to the relevant Credit Derivative Transaction.
Grace Period Extension Date means, with respect to a Reference Entity, if (i) “Grace Period Extension” is specified as applicable to that Reference Entity in the Standard and (ii) a Potential Failure to Pay occurs on or prior to the Credit Observation End Date, the date that is the number of days in the Grace Period after the date of such Potential Failure to Pay. If “Grace Period Extension” is not specified as applicable to that Reference Entity in the Standard, Grace Period Extension shall not apply to the Securities.
Grace Period Extension Date means, if (a) Grace Period Extension is specified as applicable with respect to a Reference Entity and (b) a Potential Failure to Pay has occurred on or prior to the Scheduled Credit Observation End Date (determined by reference to Greenwich Mean Time (or, if the Transaction Type of the relevant Reference Entity is Japan Corporate or Japan Sovereign (as such terms are defined in the 2005 Matrix Supplement), Tokyo time)), the date that is the number of days in the Grace Period after the date of such Potential Failure to Pay.

Grace Period Extension Date means, if (1) grace period extension is specified to be applicable to the relevant Reference Entity (RS) under the terms of the relevant Reference Swap; and (2) a Potential Failure to Pay occurs on or prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date, the date which is the number of days in the applicable grace period (determined in accordance with the terms of the relevant Reference Swap) after the date of such Potential Failure to Pay.
Grace Period Extension Date means, with respect to any Reference Obligation, the date on which any stipulated grace period for payments under the terms of such Reference Obligation expires;
