Grade 3 definition

Grade 3 means that, under the Originator’s loan grading system, which ranks loans based on its analysis of credit quality of the underlying assets, the Obligor is performing as expected, the risk factors are neutral to favorable and the Loan risk is at an acceptable level that is similar to the risk at the time of origination.
Grade 3 means an operator able to operate two sections of plant competently.

Grade 3 means an Employee appointed as such who: Has completed appropriate, accredited training or has acquired equivalent competency so as to enable the Employee to perform work within the scope of this grade or an Employee who has completed an appropriate grade course in a skill stream and is able to exercise the skills and knowledge of that stream. Grade 3 means an employee who is employed to perform more varied, complex and responsible work than a Grade 2.
