Gram Panchayat definition

Gram Panchayat means a Gram Panchayat constituted under section 12;
Gram Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted, at the village level, under article 243B of the Constitution, for the rural areas;
Gram Panchayat means the Elected local body under Panchyat Raj Act, as amended from time to time in the State of Uttarakhand;
