Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on a number of factors including the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period and listeners participating at any given time.There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash.
Grand Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
If winner elects to partake in any or all portions of winner’s Grand Prize with no guest, the Grand Prize will be awarded to winner and any remainder of the Grand Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
The ten (10X) multiplier will be available for drawings in which the initially advertised annuitized Grand Prize amount is one hundred fifty million dollars ($150,000,000.00) or less.
Failure to comply with this deadline shall be deemed to be the winner’s forfeiture of his or her right to claim the Grand Prize.
