Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or in the Plan to the contrary, the Administrator hereby reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or cancel the Restricted Stock Units if the Participant fails to accept this Agreement on or prior to sixty (60) days from the Grant Date.
