Grant Funding definition

Grant Funding means any funding or other aid or assistance from any central, state or local government body or authority, any statutory undertaking, any other public body or authority, or any other body funded by public money;
Grant Funding means that portion of the Funding, if any, set out in Schedule 3 under the heading “Grant Funding” and that is subject to Canada’s pre-established eligibility requirements.
Grant Funding or "GRANT" means funding for a program, service or activity that may be used by the Recipient if conditions specified in this Agreement are met.

  • By executing this Agreement, SUBRECIPIENT acknowledges its responsibility and agrees to sustain continuing programs beyond the Grant Funding period.
