Grant of Options definition

Grant of Options or “Granted Options” means the grant of Options by the Company to a Participant pursuant to a Grant Letter.
Grant of Options. A grant of options as provided in the Non-Qualified Stock Option Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A and subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's Non-Qualified Stock Option Plan attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Related to Grant of Options

  • Stock Appreciation Right or “SAR” means a right to receive the appreciation on Common Stock that is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 5.
