Grantor Indemnitees has the meaning set forth in Section 13.3 of this Agreement.
Examples of Grantor Indemnitees in a sentence
Grantee’s obligations pursuant to this Section 7(a) shall not extend to claims, demands, lawsuits or actions for liability to the extent attributable to the negligence or willful misconduct of Grantor, any Grantor Indemnitees, or their respective contractors, successors or assigns, or to the acts of third parties.
The policy limits of such insurance shall not limit or reduce Grantee’s liability and indemnity obligations to Grantor Indemnitees.
Moreover, Grantee shall have no liability for any past, present or future contamination or pollution, or breach of environmental laws located on, at, above, or near the Premises that are solely and directly attributable to the actions of Grantor or any Grantor Indemnitees.
