Grantor Supplement definition

Grantor Supplement means a supplement to this Agreement in substantially the form attached as Exhibit A-2 executed and delivered by a Grantor.
Grantor Supplement has the meaning specified in the Collateral Agency Agreement.
Grantor Supplement means an instrument substantially in the form of Exhibit I hereto, or any other form reasonably satisfactory to the Notes Collateral Agent.
