No service charge will be made to the Certificateholders for any such registration of transfer, but the Grantor Trustee may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge payable in connection therewith.
The manner of obtaining such consents and of evidencing the authorization of the execution thereof by Certificateholders shall be subject to such reasonable regulations as the Grantor Trustee may prescribe.
