Obstetric condition means a condition that is listed under Group T4 (Obstetrics) in the Medicare Benefits Schedule.
Business Condition means the financial condition, business, assets, liabilities and operations of a Person.
Standard Conditions means the “International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and International Development Association Standard Conditions for Grant Financing Made by the Bank out of Trust Funds”, dated February 25, 2019.
Nonconforming zoning condition means a physical improvement on a property that does not conform with current zoning standards.
Normal Operating Conditions means those Service conditions which are within the control of Grantee. Those conditions which are not within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, telephone network outages, and severe or unusual weather conditions. Those conditions which are ordinarily within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, special promotions, pay-per-view events, rate increases, regular peak or seasonal demand periods, and maintenance or upgrade of the Cable System.
Review Conditions means (i) the Delinquency Percentage for any Payment Date exceeds the Delinquency Trigger for that Payment Date and (ii) the Noteholders or Note Owners, as applicable, have voted, pursuant to Section 2.03(d) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement, to direct an Asset Representations Review of the Subject Receivables.
Pre commencement condition means a condition imposed on the grant of permission which must be complied with: before any building/ other operation/ or use of the land comprised in the development is begun.
LC Conditions has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.9.
Unsafe condition as used in this clause means the actual or potential exposure of contractor or Government employees to a hazardous material as defined in Federal Standard No. 313, and any revisions thereto during the term of this contract, or any other material or working condition designated by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) as potentially hazardous and requiring safety controls.
Litigation Conditions has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3.
Condition means a provision attached to a new or existing license that limits or restricts the scope of the license or imposes additional requirements on the licensee.
Extension Minimum Condition means a condition to consummating any Extension that a minimum amount (to be determined and specified in the relevant Extension Request, in the Borrower’s sole discretion) of any or all applicable Classes be submitted for Extension.
Minimum Tender Condition shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(b).
Termination Conditions means, collectively, (a) the payment in full in cash of the Obligations (other than (i) contingent indemnification obligations not then due and (ii) Obligations under Secured Hedge Agreements and Secured Cash Management Agreements) and (b) the termination of the Commitments and the termination or expiration of all Letters of Credit under this Agreement (unless the Outstanding Amount of the L/C Obligations related thereto has been Cash Collateralized on terms reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank, backstopped by a letter of credit reasonably satisfactory to the applicable Issuing Bank or deemed reissued under another agreement reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank).
Restriction Release Date means such date, after the Effective Date, that the Board of Directors determines in good faith that it is in the best interests of the Corporation and its stockholders for the transfer restrictions set forth in this Article 4 to terminate.
Minimum Condition has the meaning set forth in Annex I.
Specified Condition means, with respect to a party, any event specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13.
Maximum Tender Condition has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(b).
Hazardous condition means any situation involving the actual, imminent or probable spillage, leakage, or release of a hazardous substance onto the land, into a water of the State or into the atmosphere which creates an immediate or potential danger to the public health or safety or to the environment.
Equity Conditions Measuring Period means each day during the period beginning twenty (20) Trading Days prior to the applicable date of determination and ending on and including the applicable date of determination.
Release Condition means the following:
Limited Condition Acquisition means any acquisition, including by way of merger, by the Borrower or one or more of its Restricted Subsidiaries permitted pursuant to this Agreement whose consummation is not conditioned upon the availability of, or on obtaining, third party financing.
Preexisting condition means any medical condition,
Payment Condition shall be deemed to be satisfied in connection with a Restricted Payment, Restricted Debt Payment, investment or Permitted Acquisition if:
Life-threatening condition means any disease or condition from which the likelihood of death is probable unless the course of the disease or condition is interrupted.
Slope means the inclination of a surface expressed as one unit of rise or fall for so many horizontal units;
