  • The obligations of the Master Servicer to master service and administer the Mortgage Loans shall be limited to the SPS Serviced Mortgage Loans, the GreenPoint Serviced Mortgage Loans, the Xxxxx Fargo Serviced Mortgage Loans, the Bank of America Serviced Mortgage Loans and the Designated Mortgage Loans.

  • The obligations of the Master Servicer to master service and administer the Mortgage Loans shall be limited to the Master Serviced Mortgage Loans, the GreenPoint Serviced Mortgage Loans and the Olympus Serviced Mortgage Loans.

  • The obligations of the Master Servicer to master service and administer the Mortgage Loans shall be limited to the GreenPoint Serviced Mortgage Loans, the SPS Serviced Mortgage Loans, the Xxxxx Fargo Serviced Mortgage Loans, the Special Serviced Mortgage Loans and the Designated Mortgage Loans.

  • The obligations of the Master Servicer to master service and administer the Non-Designated Mortgage Loans shall be limited to the Xxxxx Fargo Serviced Mortgage Loans, the SPS Serviced Mortgage Loans, the GreenPoint Serviced Mortgage Loans and the Special Serviced Mortgage Loans.

Related to GreenPoint Serviced Mortgage Loans

  • Subserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Serviced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that is not an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Countrywide Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Countrywide is the applicable Seller.

  • Special Serviced Mortgage Loan The Mortgage Loans for which the Special Servicer acts as servicer pursuant to Section 3.19.

  • Nonsubserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is not subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • EMC Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans serviced by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan included in the Trust but serviced under another agreement. There are no Non-Serviced Mortgage Loans in the Trust.

  • Registered mortgage loan originator means any individual who:

  • PMI Mortgage Loans The list of Mortgage Loans insured by the PMI Insurer attached hereto as Schedule II.

  • GreenPoint Servicing Agreement Solely with respect to the GreenPoint Mortgage Loans, the Master Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2003, between the Transferor, as purchaser, and GreenPoint, as seller and as servicer, and as the same may be amended further from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the GreenPoint Mortgage Loans.

  • Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans together with the Repurchase Assets related to such Mortgage Loans transferred by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan A Serviced Mortgage Loan that is not, and is not part of, a Specially Serviced Loan or REO Loan.

  • Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan means the Mortgage Loan during the period it is serviced by the Special Servicer following a Servicing Transfer Event.

  • Mortgage Loans Such of the mortgage loans transferred and assigned to the Trustee pursuant to the provisions hereof as from time to time are held as a part of the Trust Fund (including any REO Property), the mortgage loans so held being identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule, notwithstanding foreclosure or other acquisition of title of the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Group 2 Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group 2 Mortgage Loans.

  • Group 3 Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group 3 Mortgage Loans.

  • ARD Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is identified as having an Anticipated Repayment Date and a Revised Rate on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Park Sienna Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Sienna is the applicable Seller.

  • Group I Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Distressed Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that at the date of determination is Delinquent in payment for a period of 90 days or more without giving effect to any grace period permitted by the related Mortgage Note or for which the applicable Servicer or the Trustee has accepted a deed in lieu of foreclosure.

  • Covered Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is covered by a PMI Policy.

  • Group 1 Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group 1 Mortgage Loans.
