Gross Leasable Area definition

Gross Leasable Area means the total leasable square footage of buildings situated on Real Properties, excluding the square footage of any department stores.
Gross Leasable Area means the gross leasable floor area of any building(s) which the Owner is entitled to erect on his land in terms of the Scheme;
Gross Leasable Area means the rentable area of a Qualified Project as calculated pursuant to the measuring standards of the Project. This standard will be defined in the lease for tenant applicants. The rentable area measures the tenant’s pro rata portion of the entire office floor, including public corridors, restrooms, janitor closets, utility closets and machine rooms used in common with other tenants, but excluding elements of the building that penetrate through the floor to areas below. The rentable area of a floor is fixed for the life of a building and is not affected by changes in corridor sizes or configuration.

Gross Leasable Area as used herein, shall be deemed to mean and include all fully enclosed areas for the exclusive use and occupancy by occupant, measured from the exterior surface of exterior walls (and from the extensions thereof, in the case of openings), including warehousing or storage areas, clerical or office areas, mezzanines or the second levels of any spaces and employee areas.
