Examples of Gross Proceeds in a sentence
No Investment may be acquired with Gross Proceeds for an amount (including transaction costs) in excess of the fair market value of such Investment, or sold or otherwise disposed of for an amount (including transaction costs) less than the fair market value of the Investment.
The Trustee will provide the Rebate Analyst investment reports relating to each fund held by the Trustee that contains Gross Proceeds of the Bonds at such times as reports are provided to the City, and not later than ten days following each Computation Date.
