Ground Floor Area definition

Ground Floor Area means the gross floor area only on the ground floor.

More Definitions of Ground Floor Area

Ground Floor Area means the total area of the first floor of a building above grade within the outside surface of exterior walls or within the glassline of exterior walls and the centreline of fire walls, including covered porches and verandas, but excluding open decks, patios, steps, cornices, eaves and similar projections. Ground floor area shall include air wells, and all other space within a building except inner or outer courts;
