Ground Lease Assignment definition

Ground Lease Assignment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.4(d)(xiv).

More Definitions of Ground Lease Assignment

Ground Lease Assignment means a recordable assignment and assumption agreement for each Lease, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C and made a part hereof.
Ground Lease Assignment means that certain Ground Lease Assignment, Estoppel, and Attornment Agreement between Borrower, Lender, and the Gallatin Airport Authority, under which Borrower grants to Lender a collateral assignment of its rights under the Ground Lease.
