Ground Lease Properties definition

Ground Lease Properties means, collectively, each Real Property of which the Borrower or a Restricted Subsidiary is a tenant under a Ground Lease.
Ground Lease Properties means the footprint for South Concourse and those portions of the floor space within the Central FIS and the parking facility located east of Terminal C at the Airport known as the Terminal C-East Garage as are required to construct the Lessee Project Components thereon or therein, all as more fully described in Exhibit "C" attached hereto.
Ground Lease Properties means the Collateral Properties so identified on Schedule 6.15, and “Ground Lease Property” means any of them.

  • Mortgage Borrower has good, marketable and insurable (i) leasehold title to the Land and the Improvements relating to the Ground Lease Properties, and enjoys the quiet and peaceful possession of the Leasehold Estate related thereto, and (ii) fee simple title to the Land and the Improvements relating to the Fee Properties, in each case free and clear of all Liens whatsoever except the Permitted Encumbrances.

  • The Lessee takes the Special Facilities, Easements and Ground Lease Properties in their "as-is" condition.

  • Lender shall have received a copy of a reasonably acceptable subordination agreement from all fee mortgagees with respect to Ground Lease Properties for which the fee mortgage predates the recorded memorandum or notice of ground lease.

More Definitions of Ground Lease Properties

Ground Lease Properties. ’ means the properties identified as Ground Lease Properties in the table under the heading ‘‘Initial Portfolio’’, and ‘‘Ground Lease Property’’ means any one of them.
Ground Lease Properties means those portions of the Leased Premises under the Use and Lease Agreement in Terminal B as are reasonably necessary to make the Special Facilities leasable and in Terminal C as are located underneath the Special Facilities located therein and those portions of the Leased Premises under the IAB License Agreement as are reasonably necessary to make the Special Facilities in the IAB leasable.
Ground Lease Properties means the footprints for the Terminal B South Concourse, the Terminal B North Concourse, the Terminal B ATO, the Terminal B Baggage System Enhancement, Terminal B Baggage Claim Expansion, and the Second FIS/Interim Terminal B ATO as are required to construct Lessee Project Components thereon or therein, and will include those portions of Terminal C leased pursuant to the Use and Lease Agreement as are reasonably necessary to make the Special Facilities located therein leaseable, all as more fully described in an exhibit to the Lease. Ground Lease Properties will also initially include the Letter Agreement Premises, subject also to certain provisions of the Transition Lease Terms.
Ground Lease Properties means the properties described in an exhibit to the Agreement. The Ground Lease Properties shall consist of (i) the Maintenance Site, (ii) the Mail Sort Site, (iii) the Inflight Training
Ground Lease Properties means the properties described in Exhibit "C" attached hereto.
