Landlord shall have received a Ground Lessor Estoppel Certificate and, if applicable, a Fee Mortgagee Estoppel Certificate, for each Ground Lease Property.
No such assignment or lease of the Premises or sub-sublease of the Ground Lease Property shall modify or limit any right or power of Lessor hereunder or affect or reduce any obligation of Lessee hereunder and all such obligations shall continue in full effect as obligations of a principal and not of a guarantor or surety, as though no assignment or leasing had been made.
