Ground Support Equipment definition

Ground Support Equipment means the equipment owned by the Borrower or, if applicable, any other Grantor for crew and passenger ground transportation, cargo, mail and luggage handling, catering, fuel/oil servicing, de-icing, cleaning, aircraft maintenance and servicing, dispatching, security and motor vehicles.
Ground Support Equipment means all equipment used in the performance of ground handling services included in Annex A, whether fixed or mobile, and
Ground Support Equipment means service and maintenance equipment used at an airport to support aeronautical operations and related ac- tivities.’’.

Ground Support Equipment or “GSE” shall mean all equipment used or necessary to permit the transportation, handling, integration and test of the Spacecraft during factory validation testing and pre-Launch operations.
Ground Support Equipment has the meaning attributed thereto in Recital II to this Agreement.
