Ground Transportation definition

Ground Transportation. Taxicabs are an acceptable mode of local urban transportation (e.g. trips to the airport); however, consideration should be given to alternative services such as buses, tubes or local airport shuttles. Car rental: Car rental must be booked via the J&J approved travel agent. Cost must be paid directly by J&J travel agent. Car rental will only be permitted when other suitable means of transportation are not available.
Ground Transportation shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Article 8 hereof.
Ground Transportation means the cost of taxi, rideshare, shuttle, or public transportation between the traveler’s home or office, airport, and the event destination, as necessary.

More Definitions of Ground Transportation

Ground Transportation means the actual documented amount spent by Settlement Class Members for ground transportation to and from an airport in Cleveland, Canton, or nearby areas to be transported to Canton, up to a maximum of $100 per person. Compensable ground transportation shall include rental car expenses, taxis and ride share (e.g., Uber, Lyft), shuttle buses and vans, and private car services.
Ground Transportation means non-aviation activities that relate to travelling to and from the airport.
