In addition to Base Salary, the Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year during the Employment Period, an annual bonus as shall be determined by the Board or its Compensation and Benefits Committee in accordance with the executive incentive compensation plan of Group approved on September 28, 1988 by the Group Board of Directors ("Incentive Plan") or otherwise.
