Group Chart definition

Group Chart means the organization chart of the Guarantors and the Borrower and their respective Subsidiaries (including the Consolidated Subsidiaries) that shows the direct and indirect relationship among the Guarantors, the Consolidated Subsidiaries and the Borrower (including current name, jurisdiction of incorporation and/or establishment and a list of shareholders).
Group Chart means the organization chart of the Guarantors and the Borrower and their respective Subsidiaries (including the Consolidated Subsidiaries) delivered to the Administrative Agent on August 17, 2017 that shows the direct and indirect relationship among the Guarantors, the Consolidated Subsidiaries and the Borrower (including current name, jurisdiction of incorporation and/or establishment and a list of shareholders), as such chart may be updated and replaced from time to time by the Borrower.
Group Chart means the structure chart of the Group as set out in the Structure Report.

Related to Group Chart

  • Group Structure Chart means the group structure chart in the agreed form.
