Group Housing Colony means the colony being developed by the Company at The Palm Drive, situated at Sector-66, Village Badshahpur, Tehsil & District Gurgaon, Haryana and where the said Unit and other components of the Project are located.

Upon resubmission of the said Building/ Group Housing Colony to the provisions of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ in terms of Section 15 thereof, the Developer/ its nominated Maintenance Company/ Agency shall transfer IFMSD to the body/ association of the apartment owners subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and to be contained in the Declaration to be filed by the Developer under the said Act.
