Group I Certificate. Any Class A-1A Certificate.

• All reductions in the Group I Certificate Principal Balance of a Certificate effected by distributions of principal or allocations of Realized Losses with respect to Group I Loans made on any Distribution Date shall be binding upon all Holders of such Certificate and of any Certificate issued upon the registration of transfer or exchange therefor or in lieu thereof, whether or not such distribution is noted on such Certificate.

• Upon acceptance by a successor trustee of appointment as provided in this Section 9.08, the Depositor shall mail notice of the succession of such trustee hereunder to all Holders of Certificates and the Group I Certificate Insurer.

• The Custodian acknowledges that it will maintain possession of the Mortgage Notes held by it in the State of Minnesota, unless otherwise permitted by the Rating Agencies, the Trustee and the Group I Certificate Insurer.
