Examples of Group II Loans in a sentence

  • With respect to any Distribution Date, Compensating Interest derived from Loan Group II shall be used on such Distribution Date (i) to cover any Prepayment Interest Shortfalls on the Group II Loans and (ii) to cover any Prepayment Interest Shortfalls on the Group I Loans, but only to the extent not covered by Compensating Interest derived from Loan Group I.
